Terms of service.

FORMS OF PAYMENT: Our preferred method of payment is E-Transfer to alpenglowcleaningltd@gmail.com. We also accept cash. We ask for a $50 dollar deposit at the time of booking for new clients or one time bookings, the deposit will be used towards your final invoice. The $50 deposit is refundable if cancelation occurs 72 hrs before your scheduled service. If cancelation occurs after 72 hrs the $50 deposit is non-refundable.

CANCELLATIONS: We understand at Alpenglow Cleaning that sometimes unexpected circumstances arise, leading to cancellations of a booking for our cleaning services. Should you find yourself in a situation where you need to cancel your cleaning appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 72 hours notice. This allows us to adjust our schedules accordingly and accommodate other clients in need of our services.

Short notice cancelations or rebooking fees do apply.

Prior to 72 hrs - no fee

72-48 hrs before booking - a $50 cancelation fee will apply.

47-24 hrs before booking - you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service.

24 hrs before booking - you will be charged for 100% of your scheduled service.

If Alpenglow Cleaning upon arrival cannot enter the Premises, you will be charged for 100% of your scheduled service.

LATE PAYMENT: Full payment is due immediately upon invoicing. If payment is not received within 5 business days from the date of service a $30 dollar late fee will apply. If payment is not received after 30 days, Other action will be taken to receive payment.

ONE HOUR ARRIVAL WINDOW: We provide you with a One-hour Arrival Window relative to your scheduling time preference to allow for factors beyond our control such as traffic conditions, customers adding services, lockouts or cancellations. Leaving a key with Alpenglow cleanings office staff or providing us with your door code(s) are the easiest ways to give us access to the Premises. We will try our best to meet your scheduling time preference but unfortunately we cannot guarantee this.

EQUIPMENT & SUPPLIES: Alpenglow Cleaning provides all required equipment, supplies, cleaning products, tools and other items necessary to perform the services.

ECO-FRIENDLY CLEANING PRODUCTS: At Alpenglow Cleaning, we prioritize the well-being of your staff and their families. That is why we have made a conscious decision to use eco-friendly cleaning products as our primary choice. We understand the importance of reducing our environmental impact and ensuring the health and safety of those who come into contact with our cleaning services. However, we also understand that there may be special circumstances where tougher cleaning solutions are necessary, such as dealing with tough oven buildup. In such situations, we assure you that we will always seek your approval beforehand to ensure that the use of chemicals aligns with your preferences. Your satisfaction and the welfare of your staff and families are at the forefront of our priorities.

THINGS WE DO NOT CLEAN: We do not clean high levels of trash/debris (hoarding), animal waste, cleaning insects / rodents, excessive mold, bodily fluids, wipe bulbs & glass fixtures, areas not reachable with three steps on a ladder

STAFF SOLICITATION: When retaining Alpenglow Cleaning, you agree not to solicit for hire any staff member introduced to you by Alpenglow Cleaning for any home-related services. We spend a lot of time and resources finding, interviewing, checking references and backgrounds, and ensuring quality. When recruited, they sign an agreement barring them from performing any home related service for any of our past or present customers. If you are found to have solicited one of our staff, please be advised that our referral fee is $2,500 per staff member. We consider our staff our most valuable asset and charge accordingly.


MAILING LISTS: By becoming a client of Alpenglow Cleaning you are accepting to add your email to our mailing list. This mailing list will be used to send out booking reminders, special promotions and newsletters. Your details will not be shared with anyone, it will only be used for internal marketing purposes and direct communications.  You can opt-out at any time by contacting by email at alpenglowcleaningltd@gmail.com
